1. Delivery Areas

Daily Lagbe currently delivers in the following cities across Bangladesh:

• Dhaka -- Capital city, including most areas within the city corporation limits.
• Chattogram -- Port city, covering major residential and commercial zones.
• Jashore -- Southern region, including the city center and surrounding areas.

We are working hard to expand our delivery network to more cities. If your area is not currently served, please check back soon or contact us to express your interest.

2. Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are simple and transparent:

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. There are no hidden fees -- what you see is what you pay.

3. Delivery Time Slots

Choose a delivery time slot that works best for your schedule. We offer multiple slots throughout the day:

You can select your preferred slot during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by 15-30 minutes depending on traffic and order volume.

4. Delivery Hours

We operate 24/7 every day. This includes weekends and most public holidays. Orders are processed immediately. We do not deliver during the following:

• National emergencies or curfews as declared by the government.
• Severe weather conditions that make delivery unsafe for our riders.
• Major national holidays -- we will notify you in advance through our app and website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status in real-time:

• Order Confirmed: Your order has been received and is being prepared.
• Packing: Our team is carefully packing your items.
• Out for Delivery: A delivery rider is on the way to your address.
• Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.

You will receive SMS and app notifications at each stage. You can also check your order status anytime from the "My Orders" section of your account.

6. Delivery Instructions

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

• Provide a complete and accurate delivery address with landmarks if possible.
• Keep your phone accessible -- our rider may call to confirm the location.
• If you are not available to receive the order, you can designate someone else to accept it on your behalf.
• For apartment buildings, please provide the floor and apartment number.
• If the rider cannot reach you after two attempts, the order may be returned and a re-delivery charge may apply.

You can add special delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., "Leave at the gate," "Call when you arrive").
