Welcome to Daily Lagbe. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using Daily Lagbe, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Account Terms

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and prices. However:

• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.
• We may discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently accept Cash on Delivery as our payment method. You pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. Online payment options (bKash, Nagad, cards) will be available in the future. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable delivery charges and taxes. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Delivery

We deliver within our service areas (currently Dhaka, Chattogram, and Jashore) 24/7, every day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. 6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on most unopened, unspoiled packaged products. For perishable items (milk, fruits, vegetables), we have a 1-day return policy. Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. For full details, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Lagbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions or adverse effects from products.
• Damages caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bashurhat, Noakhali. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
